Missouri customers on the purchase of high-efficiency Energy Star natural gas home heating and water heating equipment.

Program Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines to receive your rebate. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could delay or disqualify your application.
- Applicant must be an Atmos Energy customer located in Missouri and served under the company's Residential Firm Service Rate or the
Small Firm General Service Rate.
- Purchase and install eligible equipment (as stated above) in a home or business that is served by Atmos Energy. Include a copy of an
Atmos Energy bill under the customer’s name and address listed on this rebate form.
- Complete and submit the Missouri High-Efficiency Rebate Installation and Verification
Form (.pdf). You will need the following information
to correctly complete the rebate form: your Atmos Energy account number, one of your recent Atmos Energy utility bills, a dated purchase
receipt for the eligible equipment and a proof of installation.
- The rebate applies for equipment upgrades in an existing home or business. New construction does not qualify for the rebate.
- Rebates are offered as funds are available. The program is operated on a reoccurring annual cycle, beginning July 1 and ending June 30
the following year.
- Submit a separate form for each rebate requested (for example, if you purchased a qualifying water heater and furnace, fill out and
submit a separate form for each.)
- By applying for this rebate, you agree to allow Atmos Energy to verify the installation of any equipment covered under this program,
if necessary.
- Incomplete rebate applications may delay or disqualify your rebate. Please keep a copy of the completed forms and all attachments for

- For questions regarding the rebate process, call EFI at 1-877-333-9965.
- DO NOT SEND THE REBATE APPLICATION OR INSTALLATION VERIFICATION FORMS WITH YOUR ATMOS ENERGY BILL PAYMENT.
- Upon receiving both a properly completed Missouri High-Efficiency Rebate Installation
and Verification Form (.pdf), EFI will issue a
check to the program participant within 8 to 10 weeks.
Claim the Federal Tax Credit
Atmos Energy customers/homeowners can claim the Atmos Energy rebate in addition to the federal tax credit on qualifying equipment.
Equipment efficiency standards for the federal tax credit can differ. The federal tax credit is 30% of purchase price, up to $1,500.
