You can also call us during business hours to set up a plan that works for you 

Additional federal assistance funds have been released due to COVID-19 through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), in addition to Atmos Energy's Sharing the Warmth program funds. Financial assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible residential customers through local energy assistance agencies.

As of July 16, 2020, the Louisiana Public Utilities Commission has lifted the ban for disconnection due to nonpayment pursuant to Special Order 43-2020If you need bill payment assistance, Atmos Energy is here for you and has solutions to help manage your past due balance so that gas service is not shut off. 

Our Louisiana customers are eligible for installment plans with up to 12-months to repay. There is no charge or fee. To set up an installment plan, login to your Account Center and select the Payment Assistance tab. You can also call us during business hours to set up a plan that works for you: 888.286.6700, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Financial assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible residential customers through local energy assistance agencies. If you do not make arrangements to pay your past due balance, your service could be disconnected.

Residential customers with a past due balance greater than $25 that accumulated prior to October 1, 2020, have been automatically enrolled in an installment plan as issued by the Kentucky Public Service Commission. Affected customers will be notified by postal letter or an email with details.
