It’s been a year since Crew Foreman Justin Anders’ wife, Meagan, gave birth to quadruplets: two girls and two boys. They are now sleeping all night, which has been a blessing.

“It was tough early on,” Justin says. “I would get up and help my wife when we needed to feed them. Next thing I knew, the alarm was ringing and it was time to go to work. We are happy that the babies are sleeping through the night. We are getting more rest now.”

Meagan takes care of the kids while Justin is on the job. After work, he takes over. Meagan goes to the grocery store in Abilene, 20 minutes north of Tuscola. If they have to go to the doctor, Justin takes off work and the six of them travel in the family van, which has four infant seats.

“I have been so appreciative of the company,” he said. “Employees did a baby shower for us in the Abilene office. We got plenty of bottles and diapers and lots of clothes. And while my wife was in the hospital in Fort Worth for nearly three months before she gave birth, I worked at the Morningside Service Center. Atmos Energy provided room and board in a motel for me. This company is such a blessing.”

“Atmos Energy cares about its employees and their families,” said Operations Vice President Rad Cook. “We are glad to help the Anders family.”
