How to Manage Customer Notifications

You can manage your enrollment for email or SMS text notifications regarding your account from Atmos Energy by logging into your Account Center or calling our Customer Contact Center during business hours at 1-888-286-6700. 

SMS Text Messaging

Customer notifications sent by SMS text message may result in additional charges from your cellular provider depending on your text message and data plan. If you opt-in to text messages for a service order appointment, Atmos Energy will text you the day before your appointment to confirm. We will also text the day of your appointment when the service technician is in route to your address.

To Opt-in for SMS Text Messaging

You must reply “Y” to the text from Atmos Energy to confirm your text notification preference.
