Eligible customers can receive up to two (2) rebates on qualified thermostats (smart and/or programmable) per premise per year.
Rebate Guidelines and Applications

Residential customers can apply online for qualifying natural gas and weatherization rebates.

Rebate Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines to receive your rebate, as failure to follow them could delay or disqualify your application.
- Equipment must be installed at premise served by Atmos Energy.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 60 days of equipment installation or service.
- Residential new construction projects are ineligible for rebates.
- Rebates are available January 1 - December 31, 2025, or until funding is fully allocated.
- Customer must provide equipment information and a dated receipt.
- If equipment is installed by a contractor, the contractor must have an applicable license.
- Any and all equipment associated with this rebate must be installed in compliance with required local, state and federal codes. Any tests or inspections that may be required for the verification of such are the responsibility of the customer or installing contractor.
- Purchase receipt(s) for insulation must include the R-value and amount of insulation installed.

Limited-Time Furnace Tune Up Rebate Guidelines
- Rebate payment is 100% of the cost to tune up a natural gas furnace, up to $140. The rebate cannot exceed the cost of the service.
- The tune up must be performed by a licensed contractor.
- The tune up must be completed between September 15 and November 30, 2025. No exceptions. Tune-ups occurring outside of this time period may apply for the regular $50 rebate.
- The rebate application and dated contractor receipt must be submitted within 60 days of the tune up service.
- A qualifying customer can receive one tune up per furnace, per year.
- Must be a residential customer of Atmos Energy in Colorado.
